In 2018, TruCare Provider Services was born from a deep belief that things could be better. Not just a little better, but truly, fundamentally different. We looked at an industry full of good people doing hard work, and we saw potential everywhere. Potential for the individuals being served to live lives they'd only dreamed of. Potential for the staff giving their hearts every day to be honored and valued the way they deserved. So we made a promise: we'd build something worthy of both.

Our founders didn't come from the traditional disability services world. They came from decades of leading multi-million dollar companies, bringing all the business knowledge and strategic thinking you'd expect. But what really drove them was something much simpler and more powerful: compassion. They saw people on both sides of care who deserved more. And they couldn't shake the feeling that if they didn't build something better, who would?

The mission was crystal clear from the very beginning: create a place where care isn't just a service, it's a calling. Where support isn't transactional, it's transformational. We built TruCare on three pillars: education, encouragement, and inspiration. We invest deeply in our team because we know that when you empower someone with knowledge, lift them up with encouragement, and inspire them to see what's possible, magic happens. And that magic? It flows directly to the people we serve.

But we didn't just talk about values. We lived them. We set wages at the top of the market because we fundamentally believe that the people doing the most meaningful work in our communities shouldn't struggle to make ends meet. When provider rates went up, we didn't see profit. We saw an opportunity to give more to the people who give everything. Every dollar went straight to our team.
